Quick, efficient and kind!! It was my first time, I walked in with the strap of my shoe broken. The gentleman took a quick look at it, told me one minute. Came back and my shoe was repaired on the spot! Definitely recommend 👍

I had a vinyl for a tent trailer that needed sections replaced and seams reinforced. I am very pleased with the quality of the work, which was even better than I'd expected. The end cost was very competitive (and within the initial estimate) and the piece was finished a week ahead of schedule. They also repaired a winter coat for me (inner seam tears) and it looks nearly brand new, much better than what I have seen other repair shops do. They are an honest and skilled team with craftsmanship that is hard to find nowadays. I definitely recommend this shop for footwear and fabric repairs/alterations and will be returning in the future! Thanks again! Edit: added photos of the vinyl tarp; before and after repair. I'd asked for the mosquito netting and "ceiling" panel to be replaced, plus for all holes/homemade repairs to be patched, and they reinforced weakening seams as well. Originally written in May 2022
